When it arrives

We pack orders the same working day when they reach us before 2 pm. Delivery takes one to three working days in Europe and three to seven worldwide, always by express courier.

What it costs

Free on orders over 150 €, and 9 € below that. Duties outside the European Union are shown at checkout.

Returns

Changed your mind? Send any unworn piece back within 30 days, in its box. Write to us first and we send a free return label within Europe. Earrings can be returned only while sealed, for hygiene.

Refunds

We refund to the way you paid within five working days of the piece reaching us.
