Orders placed before 2 pm leave the same working day. Delivery takes one to three working days in Europe and three to seven worldwide.

Yes, within 30 days, unworn and in its box. Write to us first and we send you a free return label; we refund you as soon as it is back. Earrings come back only sealed, for hygiene.

Three years against any fault in the making: clasps, settings and plating. After that we still polish and repair, for a small fee.
